I sent a request to support@bbo.com 8 days ago asking to have team match privileges added to nibu_youth, our teaching log in. My email provider has just sent me a message to say they are not responding and they are giving up. Has anyone else had this problem? It抯 very worrying if you need urgent support.

I believe that you are sending your email to the wrong address
Try support@bridgebase.com instead

Is it team match or swiss team tournaments?
For team match it might help to have 100 logins. For team tournaments you need someone make a setup for you.
